The Summerhill Course, Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club's championship eighteen hole, par 70, layout has magnificent views over the hills to the north of Dumfries.
All the fairways are generous, the rough is graded and cut to avoid prolonged ball searching, and a round can be enjoyed by all categories of golfer.
The greens are of a very high standard and putt well in all weathers
Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club is a welcoming club with a very good range of facilities.
A full catering service and a superb dining room allows visitors to enjoy a hearty meal after, hopefully, an enjoyable round of golf.

How to get to the Course
From Castle Douglas -Head toward Dumfries, When reaching the Dumfries bypass (2nd roundabout) take the second junction, signposted A780 Dumfries.On entering the 30mph town limit Laurieston Avenue is the second street on the left.
Parking is available on Laurieston Avenue.
